Athletics captures the attention of young people. It builds discipline, teamwork, resilience, and confidence. However, sports alone cannot answer the deeper questions about identity, purpose, and truth.

500,000+ Youth Cross Training has worked directly with over half a million young people nurturing their social, emotional, and spiritual health through the platform of sports. This makes Cross Training one of the largest sports ministries in the northern region.

50,000 + Pounds Bags Without Borders was established by Cross Training in 2013 in order to distribute non-perishable items to kids in third-world countries. To date, over 50,000 pounds of goods have been transported and donated by our missions' teams.
