Today, much of our programming takes place in shared or temporary spaces. This reality presents three clear facility challenges that limit our ability to steward the momentum the Lord has entrusted to us.
Gymnasiums are not merely a space for sports to take place but a front porch of our ministry. When space is limited, impact is limited.Â
Our middle school, high school, and college Bible studies are expanding rapidly because young people are spiritually hungry. Yet without long-term, centralized gathering areas, discipleship becomes more challenging when it takes place within the schedule of our host facilities.
Third, we need executive offices capable of supporting the next season of leadership, strategy, and pastoral care. To shepherd thousands well, to serve families effectively, and to lead with clarity into the future, we need an operational base that reflects both the responsibility and the opportunity before us.
